As Human Resources Manager & GMP Compliance Director Easler will provide strategic leadership and management of the institution’s human resources initiatives, including HR compliance, benefits administration, and employee support. Additionally, Easler will oversee the institution’s compliance with Good Manufacturing Practices (GMP) for the academic materials provided as part of the institution’s practical lab kits and organic supplies.
Easler has a background in counseling, litigation, compliance, management, and advocating for holistic health, and is a member of both the Oregon State Bar and the Florida Bar. She holds a BA in Psychology and an MA in Counseling from the University of South Florida as well as a JD from the University of Florida. Before joining ACHS, Easler acted as the Legal Affairs and Compliance Manager at the Eclectic Institute.
